  1. Processing of an Order
    It takes only 1-3 business days of receipt to ship out orders other than a Saturday, Sunday or a national public holiday.
    Please note that during peak shopping seasons (for example, holidays or promotions), order processing may take a bit longer. In case of a delay with your order, we will send an email to notify you.
  2. Shipping Options and Fees
    We have different shipping options depending on your convenience. Shipping costs are determined according to the location of delivery and the shipping method chosen at the time of purchase.

Standard Shipping: 5-7 Business Days.
Express Shipping: Expect delivery within 2-3 business days.
Shipping charges are shown at the time of order and will only be charged for the shipping services once you finish your order. Free shipping applies to all shipments within India where the order exceeds ₹999.

  2. Track Your Order
    Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email or SMS. You can use it to track your order status and estimated delivery date. In case you do have concerns about the status of your shipment, please feel free to contact our customer service team.
  3. Delivery Time Frame
    Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days after the processing of an order.
    Express Shipping: It usually takes 2-3 business days after processing your order.
    Please note that delivery time is an estimate and sometimes may depend on some limitations due to your locality, rain, flood, or courier company’s delay. We do appreciate your patience in times like these.
  4. Order Miscounts/Damage
    If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package. We will assist you in resolving the issue by either offering a return, exchange, or refund, depending on the situation.
  5. Missed Deliveries
    If you are not available to receive your order at the time of delivery, the courier service will try to contact you for re-delivery. If you miss the second delivery attempt, your order may be returned to us. In such cases, we will contact you to arrange for redelivery, and additional shipping fees may apply.
  6. Shipping Restrictions
    We will not deliver to P.O. Boxes or overseas currently. Please make sure that the address you provide is the right and complete one so as not to experience delay or misdelivery.
  7. Shipping and Delivery Issues
    While we would like to make sure that orders are delivered on time, we cannot be responsible for any issues that may be caused by the third-party shipping carriers, address details being wrong, or anything else beyond our control. Nevertheless, we always try to settle any issue promptly and efficiently.
